I stayed in room 501 on the 5th floor. It has two rooms with own access to the balcony. One room with a twin size bed and one a queen size bed. No door to separate rooms. Staff was super friendly. Room cleaning/service daily. Very clean and quiet. I felt safe walking in the area. Comfy bed. Breakfast was good.

Friendliness of staff, spacious beautiful room and balcony, very nice complete breakfast (till 11 am which is a plus), perfect location and humansize modern Building, reception open 24 on 24 hours and bar in lobby, comfy seats outside at entrance in quiet carfree street.

My room was on the 5th floor with a spacious terrace, a super comfy bed and a well equipped en-suite bathroom. There was also a kitchenette in the room with a big fridge. A/C was quite noisy, but worked alright. Got used to the sound by the second night. everything was very clean and well maintained. The staff a breakfast and reception were all super friendly. Breakfast was fresh and tasty.

We got a room upgrade from classic to deluxe, which size was great - especially loved the big balcony. Seems to be a safe neighborhood - noisy, but safe.

The hotel is of great quality and could easily qualify for 5 stars. One of the highlights is the unique experience of the outdoor hot tub on the balcony, which we really enjoyed. Situated in the center of Athens, the hotel provides absolute privacy, feeling like your own personal spa on the roof.

The personnel was very friendly and helpful. Even though the check in is at 15:00, there is a space where customers can leave their luggage if they arrive earlier and leave for a walk downtown. Also, I had an early flight and the hotel provided me an apple, a fruit juice a toast and a piece of cake as breakfast box to take with me. There is a staff member at the reception 24/7.

It was a very clean and comfortable room. Good bathroom facilities. Spacious room, and a very big, private terrace space. The reception staff were very helpful, polite and friendly.

The staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. The room facilities were exquisite and had everything that would qualify it as a 4-star hotel. The Greek morning breakfast was good. I highly recommend them for their overall wonderful service.

The hotel staff were approachable and helpful especially Lucas and Lyda . The room was big with comfy beds and pillows. It is near Stores ( Filipino store at that) , bus station. Nearest subway is around 10-15 min walk .
